Protein is a nutrient to help muscles and organs to stay strong by rebuilding tissues. On the other side, you need to be careful, and know what your doing when eating too much protein. Protein could be considered by some as a minute for of steroids. Too much Protein, some feel, could actually cause liver damage. The point is, is that you are not exercising a regular basis and taking protein supplements in overabundance, it could do more harm than good.
