Protein is my #1 resources to stay young when working out and being a vegetarian. The Vegetarian and Vegan lifestyles are in my opinion the healthiest lifestyle that anyone can have. Well. it's just not about the food though. I have seen vegetarians that are overweight and have heart disease. Exercise along with the vegetarian diet is in my opinion the healthiest way to live. Exercise has to play an important role in your lifestyle. Although you are eating a good vegan or vegetarian diet, you still need to flush out all the bad nutrients from your body. Exercises is the best way to do this.
Now that you are eating good and exercising, there is just once piece missing. Exercise is great, but is tearing down your muscles. Of course your body will repair and regenerate the muscle tissue and make it stronger, as you get older, it is much more difficult for your body to do this naturally. The number one protein resource people think of is animal meat or eggs.
