Vegan Protein Options for Everyday Occasions.

Workouts and Exercise require extra protein. When you are working on a regular basis you need a little extra protein in your daily diet. If your like me, I am exhausted and drained after a workout. I always need a little jolt to re-energize my body and brain.

Vegan Protein Options to Rebuild and re-energize after your workouts.

I typically eat a quick protein bar or two after my workout. If I'm not working out that day, i will typically have a Strawberry Protein Drink in the Morning. In the afternoon of workout days, it is a good idea to drink a Soy Protein shake.
