With your busy schedule and including a daily exercise routine, I often find it difficult to consistently maintain the diet program I need to have. When I don't replenish my body with Carbs and Proteins on a consistent basis after exercising, I often find that my body doesn't respond as well. I like the flavored drinks like vanilla, chocolate or strawberry. Next, you need to consider the amount of actual protein per serving. I always try to consider getting enough protein grams that is about 10% - 15% of your body weight. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you would need about 18-20 grams of protein in the protein replenishment after your workout.
