This video is a great instructional video on how to make the vegan burritos. One of the tips is to boil or let them soak to soften before cooking. The other option is to buy the canned version. Cutting up peppers and tomatoes adds the extra flavor, plus adding some cayan, oregano and black pepper. A quick secret is that when stirring everything up is to lightly stir, so you don't smush the beans. Adding salt (Sea Salt) as the last ingredient helps bring out the flavor. What about the tortilla. I recommend using a shole grain tortilla. Black eyed beans are great for the protein Vegan Diet Plan. For more ideas, Go to my Ideas and Recipe pages. http://www.proteinvegan.com/recipes.html
